TopDuck ("we," "us," or "our") developed the virtual reality game DuelFlight ("the App") for Meta Quest devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information. By downloading, installing, or playing DuelFlight, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

DuelFlight is a casual VR aerial combat game. It does not require an account, real name, email address, or payment information to play. Depending on the platform features enabled, the App may collect the following limited categories of information:

• Device and platform information automatically provided by the Meta Horizon platform (e.g., device model, OS version, headset ID) solely for compatibility and store functionality.
• Voice or motion tracking data processed by the Meta Quest headset's hardware/OS (controller and headset tracking) is used only in real time to render gameplay and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers by the App.

DuelFlight does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not collect, store, or transmit gameplay data, usage statistics, or diagnostic logs to any server. We do not knowingly collect financial information, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers. We do not sell user data to third parties.

2. How We Use Information

Because DuelFlight does not collect, store, or transmit gameplay, usage, or diagnostic data, we do not use player information for analytics, advertising, or profiling of any kind. The only data involved is the minimal device/platform information the Meta Horizon Store and Meta Quest OS automatically provide to any installed app for compatibility and store functionality, which is processed by the platform itself rather than by us.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, rent, or sell personal information to third parties. The only party involved in handling any platform-level technical information is Meta Platforms, Inc., as the operator of the Meta Horizon Store and Meta Quest OS, under Meta's own Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services in DuelFlight.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not collect or store user data on our own servers, we have no retention period for player data. Any platform-level data handled by Meta is governed by Meta's own retention practices.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data associated with your use of DuelFlight, regardless of your region. There is no fee for a deletion request. To make a request, contact us using the information below with a description of your request. We will respond and, where applicable, delete the relevant data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

DuelFlight is not directed at children under the age required by the Meta Horizon Store's age policies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
